Charleston:
An extra large double room with terracotta and white furnishings
and a striking tiled floor. The bedroom suite is carved with roses,
a theme which is carried through with the ironwork in the opulent
black and yellow bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with bath, shower,
washbasin, bidet and w.c.

The
Breakfast Room:
The spacious 1940s style dining room has glazed doorways that open
out on to the terrace. It is furnished in cool creams and soft greens
with elegant blonde furniture and decorated with original paintings
of the South of France.
Breakfast is available between 8:00 am and 10:00.am, and evening
meals are also available but must be booked in advance. Apart from
the menu for the day, we normally offer home made pizzas cooked
in our original wood fired oven, plus a salad selection and of course
good Provencal wine.

The
Entrance Hall:
The spacious entrance hall runs the full length of the house and
is decorated with amongst other things, works of a local Avignon
artist of the 1930s, Jean Pierre Gras. The furnishings are sumptuous
with chairs by 30s designer Paul Follot and sideboards typical of
French Art Deco style. All bedrooms are accessed from the hall,
which finally leads to:

The
Lounge:
This small salon, which has a slight cubist/colonial theme to the
decoration, is primarily a quiet reading room. It opens out on to
the terrace in front of the house and is also available to clients
who wish to smoke.
The layout and secluded location of La Lisanne makes it ideal for
private house parties
